Job Summary

  • Support the creation of menu build diagrams and monitor output to ensure consistency
  • Ensure adherence to routine kitchen management procedures, including opening and closing checklists, cleaning schedules, and temperature checks
  • Lead game-day culinary operations, managing end-of-month inventory and food waste
  • Deliver training and coaching to team members on menu and general culinary skills
  • Manage employee breaks, ensuring the well-being of all team members
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to set the tone for events
  • Complete onboarding and orientation for new culinary team members
  • Ensure all elements of food ordering, delivery, prep, transportation, and service meet Levy's sanitation and safety standards
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a culinary leadership position
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Understanding of financial concepts
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
