The Role

We are seeking a Financial Markets Technical Support Professional to join our Customer Support team. As a key part of our User Support business, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to a broad range of clients, ensuring fast and effective management of various client workflows and Bloomberg terminal-related hardware/software issues.

You will be responsible for the installation and setup of Bloomberg software, licenses, and logins, configuration of proprietary hardware, and other technical and login support for our mobile and desktop applications. You will also conduct proactive outreach to clients for licenses, hardware, and software setups, to ensure our clients are able to access our products promptly, seamlessly, and securely.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and Bloomberg Instant Messaging
  2. Install and set up Bloomberg software, licenses, and logins
  3. Configure proprietary hardware, such as biometric authentication devices and keyboards
  4. Provide technical training to clients on the Bloomberg Terminal
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service to clients
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and/or technology
  • Desire to develop skills and experience in customer service in a fast-moving FinTech environment
