Job Overview

Modern Group Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our forklift dealership sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Actively participate in the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the materials handling industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high performers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
