Job OverviewAt Sun Tan City, we're passionate about helping clients find confidence. As our Salon Director in Training, you'll play a key role in driving store performance, fostering superior client service, and maintaining operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to a positive work environment where coworkers and clients become friends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead by example in all company operations, creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
  • Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members' daily performance.
  • Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
  • Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
  • Help maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs.

Requirements
  • Management and/or Sales experience required.
  • Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
  • Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor.
  • Team building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate.
