Foster Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Foster Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families to ensure their well-being and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Work with children and families to develop and implement individualized plans to promote healthy relationships and communication.
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, support, and resources to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Connect families with community resources to improve their lives and promote self-sufficiency.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and conflict resolution skills.
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, and two or more years of experience in the human services field. A master's degree in a human services field is also acceptable. If you have a passion for helping families and children, and a desire to make a positive impact in your community, we encourage you to apply.
What We OfferAs a Foster Care Worker with TFI Family Services, Inc., you will enjoy a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and remote work options. We also offer 20 days of personal leave in your first year of employment, 25 days after completion of year one, and 12 paid holidays.
