Foster Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc. As a Foster Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families to ensure their well-being and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Work with children and families to develop and implement individualized plans to promote healthy relationships and communication.
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, support, and resources to help them care for children in their homes.
- Connect families with community resources to improve their lives and provide advocacy for children and their families.
- Teach skills such as emotion regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication to promote healthy relationships within families.
As a Foster Care Worker at TFI Family Services, Inc., you will enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, remote work options, and a comprehensive benefits package. We also offer 20 days of personal leave in your first year of employment and 25 days after completion of year one, as well as 12 paid holidays. Additionally, you will have access to a longevity bonus and tuition reimbursement.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, with two or more years of experience in the human service field. A master's degree in a human services field is also acceptable. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to helping families build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships.
