Job Title: Foster Care Manager

Cornerstones of Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Foster Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising foster care case management staff, ensuring compliance with contract/licensing/funding body and accreditation requirements, and providing backup supervision to case management staff as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise foster care case management staff and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide backup supervision to case management staff as needed.
  • Maintain responsibility for supervision of children in the unit and ensure their well-being.
  • Act as a liaison between Cornerstones of Care and funding sources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of children and their families, promoting the use of least restrictive community-based services.
  • Participate in the planning, development, and growth of the program, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.
  • Manage an allotted service budget for the assigned unit and ensure expenditures are within approved budget amounts.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Social Work or other Human Services related field.
  • At least three years of work experience with children and families.
  • One year of experience providing foster care/adoption case management services.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
