We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Worker to join our team at TFI Family Services, Inc.
As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure their safety and well-being. Your primary responsibility will be to teach essential skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication to help families build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities- Work with children and families to identify and address their needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support family growth and development
- Collaborate with foster parents to provide training, support, and resources
- Connect families with community resources to improve their lives
We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, and two or more years of experience in the human service field. A master's degree in a human services field is also acceptable. We will provide training and support to ensure your success in this role.
What We OfferAs a Foster Care Worker with TFI Family Services, Inc., you will enjoy a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and remote work options. You will also receive 20 days of personal leave in your first year of employment and 25 days after completion of year one, as well as 12 paid holidays.
