Wireless Sales Manager

Premium Retail Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Sales Manager to lead a team of experienced Wireless Sales Professionals in multiple retail locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating your team to achieve sales and business targets.
About the Role:
As a Wireless Sales Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets. You will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding established monthly/weekly personal KPIs, leading and executing recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent, and conducting daily field visits to ensure excellence.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, lead, coach, guide, mentor, develop, and manage a team of Wireless Sales Professionals.
Inspire and motivate the team to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets.
Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly personal KPIs.
Lead and execute recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent.
Conduct daily field visits to ensure excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Sales Management experience preferred.
Wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written required.
Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
