Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for working with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments, and ensuring that our products are attractively displayed. You will also be expected to create sales goals and forecast future sales projections while continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of inventory, vehicle fitments, and tire types.
  • Assist customers in finding in-stock wheel and/or tire packages for their vehicle.
  • Compile quote sheets for customers and review them prior to Accounts Management assisting with full agreement contracts.
  • Inform customers of payment options and program details, including referral, warranty, and SAC information.
  • Process warranty claims for customers.
  • Make phone calls to draw in new or previous customers.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and stocked showroom.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, account executive, sales representative, and account manager.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strategic planning abilities.
