Job Summary

The Aftermarket Sales Manager will lead the sales team to optimize growth and profit for Lift Power, Inc. by providing leadership and direction to sales personnel in their efforts to sell company products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Set sales goals for maximum market penetration and provide guidance and training for sales personnel
Set and implement standards, policies, and procedures for the Sales Department
Develop sales strategies to support the company's mission and goals
Prepare monthly sales reports on volume, new potential sales, and lost opportunities
Negotiate and close contracts with sales personnel
Initiate direct personal contact with all primary customer accounts and key prospects
Champion Lift Power's CRM database program and enforce daily use by Sales Department team

Requirements

Customer Service – ability to provide a high level of service to customers, building relationships, and acting as an internal company advocate
Team Orientation & Interpersonal – ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and outside of the organization
Communication – ability to effectively express self verbally and in writing with co-workers, customers, vendors, and managers
Organization & Time Management – ability to work independently with minimal supervision by planning and organizing schedule to complete tasks within established deadlines; ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
Bachelor's Degree
