Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Center Representative to join our team at our Volkswagen dealership in Menomonee Falls. As a BDC Rep, you will be responsible for responding to customer sales inquiries, making outbound calls, sending emails and texts, and scheduling sales appointments.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely manner
  • Make 50+ outbound calls/day
  • Send 50+ emails/day
  • Send 50+ texts/day
  • Schedule, confirm and reschedule sales appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines
Requirements
  • Must have BDC experience
  • Vin Solutions expert
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
