Strategic Business Development Manager

At WELLS FARGO ASSET MGMT HOLDING, we are seeking a highly skilled Associate Regional Director to strengthen relationships with financial advisors and identify new sales opportunities. This role offers a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritization are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call on Financial Advisors at various broker/dealers to communicate strategies that drive increased product sales within the Allspring Global Investments Funds.
- Partner with field wholesalers to develop and implement a territory business plan aimed at exceeding territory gross and net sales goals.
- Apply advanced business tools to identify and target key opportunities that align with corporate initiatives.
- Provide flawless support to field wholesalers, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Provide investment commentary and practice management solutions to financial advisors, improving their ability to effectively serve clients.
Requirements:
