Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Center Representative at our Volkswagen dealership in Menomonee Falls, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer sales inquiries in a timely manner
- Answering inbound sales calls and handling them accordingly
- Making 50+ outbound calls per day
- Sending 50+ emails per day
- Sending 50+ texts per day
- Scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling sales appointments
- Providing excellent customer service
- Organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous BDC experience
- Vin Solutions expertise
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and focused on maintaining high customer service standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus
