Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer service, to deliver results and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our business and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
