Job Summary:

The Healthcare Business Development Manager is a strategic expert in the field of onsite employer services. The focus of this position is building positive client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and patient experience within operational effectiveness. The manager actively collaborates with client stakeholders - including insurance brokers, third party administrators, employers and other client vendors to build a strong-working relationships. This includes the development, coordination, and implementation of contracted services for employers. As a team member, the manager proactively collaborates with other departments to identify, upsell, cross sell, and assure renewal opportunities with clients. Collaborates closely with clients to promote and retain positive client relationships and acts as a trusted advisor, inspiring confidence to support mutual objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
5+ years of experience in business development or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
