  • Provide expert-level support for Servicenow administration, patching, cloning, and security.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise applications with strong technical skills and ability to scope, deploy, and support.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff through strong written and verbal skills.
  • Produce high-quality technical writing.
  • Work in a Government environment with understanding of administrative processes.
  • Experience with Servienow's flow/workflow, ACLs, ITSM, ITBM, Appengine is required.
  • Must be a US citizen and reside in Continental US.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of System Administrator experience supporting an enterprise application with thousands of users.
  • Minimum 2 years of Servicenow administration experience with admin-level role.
  • 30 semester units of completed, post-high-school coursework in Computer Information Systems, Business/Public Administration, or a closely related field.
