ServiceNow OCM Lead Job Description

STAND 8 Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OCM Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive change management plans to support the successful deployment of our ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management plans in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure user readiness and adoption.
  • Establish and maintain a Change Agent Network to facilitate the transition of teams to the new ServiceNow instance.
  • Conduct end-user workshops and surveys to gather feedback and evaluate user readiness.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management with a focus on IT service management.
  • 3 years of experience leading the design and implementation of change management strategies for IT service management system deployments.
  • Knowledge and experience in end-user training strategy and scrum methodology.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
Desired Characteristics:
  • Understanding of ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 processes and best practices.
  • Change Management certification or designation.
  • Exposure to the ServiceNow platform.
