STAND 8 Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OCM Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT transformation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive change management plans to support the successful deployment of our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute change management plans in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure user readiness and adoption.
- Establish and maintain a Change Agent Network to facilitate the transition of teams to the new ServiceNow instance.
- Conduct end-user workshops and surveys to gather feedback and evaluate user readiness.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management with a focus on IT service management.
- 3 years of experience leading the design and implementation of change management strategies for IT service management system deployments.
- Knowledge and experience in end-user training strategy and scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Understanding of ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 processes and best practices.
- Change Management certification or designation.
- Exposure to the ServiceNow platform.
Our company offers a competitive hourly rate of $80-$90, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, dental/vision, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and more.
