Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Representative to join our team at Community Health Care. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and screen phone calls, taking messages and scheduling patient appointments
  • Check in patients, obtain billing information, and provide patient account assistance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical charts
  • Assist patients with filling out registration, letters, medical records, and insurance forms
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and at least one year of experience as a medical receptionist or call center representative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
