Customer Success Support Analyst

Sharetec is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients via remote connections
  • Interact with customers to resolve inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
  • Diagnose and resolve technical software issues
  • Research and gather information to resolve customer issues
  • Escalate priority issues to senior support analysts as needed
  • Document and track customer interactions using designated software
  • Offer alternative solutions to customers to retain their business
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or higher in business or computer science preferred
  • 2+ years of direct customer service experience in the financial services industry or a support call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
