Job Summary

HCSC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources division. As a key partner, you will play a critical role in executing corporate compensation governance matters, including facilitating approval and documenting corporate compensation plans, performing corporate compensation effectiveness analysis, and engaging in discussions around plan design changes and new plan designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate approval and document corporate compensation plans
  • Perform corporate compensation effectiveness analysis
  • Engage in discussions around plan design changes and new plan designs
  • Perform benchmarking, market reviews, and other competitive analysis to ensure variable pay plans are competitive in the marketplace
  • Ensure compliance and alignment with HCSC's compensation philosophy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • 5 years' experience with total rewards, including job description reviews/audits, salary administration, variable pay programs, incentive/reward programs, etc.
  • 4 years PC experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • 2 years' experience in development/implementation of compensation/human resource projects
  • Experience compiling complex or diverse information and ability to present in a clear, concise manner
  • Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines to accomplish assigned tasks
Preferred Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • CCP or PHR Certification
  • Proficiency using HRIS systems, preferably Workday
  • Advanced knowledge of compensation theories, principles, programs, trends, and best practices
