As a Client Service Representative, you will play a critical role in partnering with Benefits Consultants and Account Executives to deliver outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve client issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Model Execution: Partner with Account Managers to complete the Alera Group service model for clients, including:
- Requesting and downloading renewals and saving in Brokerage Builder.
- Coordinating marketing of benefits with medical and ancillary carriers.
- Updating client and plan information in Brokerage Builder, including gathering policies, billing statements, etc. from carriers for the files.
- Coordinating completion of compliance documents such as plan documents, Section 125 documents, etc.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document all activities in Brokerage Builder to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as necessary to support the team and deliver exceptional client service.
- Professional Requirements:
- Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health insurance license required (if not already licensed, employee will be required to become licensed within 90 days of employment).
- 2-3 years of related industry experience.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products; experience with Zywave a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully interact at all company levels while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
