As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administration, strategic direction, and operational efficiency of a designated portfolio. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the comprehensive execution of business processes utilizing enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS WILL INCLUDE
The Multifamily Asset Manager - Senior Associate position will empower you to manage your daily tasks while collaborating with dedicated professionals to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support the vision and strategic goals of the portfolio.
- Analyze the progress of the portfolio and implement necessary changes, while communicating performance metrics to essential stakeholders.
- Assess the risk associated with current assets, ensuring compliance with governance and control measures.
QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experience
- 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in programming, including coding and debugging in relevant languages
- Experience in loan management, including evaluating requests and identifying potential fraud
- Strong influencing skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to present information clearly and engagingly to various audiences
- Expertise in risk assessment and management, including control design and impact assessments
- Proficient in documentation and database reporting for analysis and decision-making using tools like Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
- Strong relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement and network building
- Experience in evaluating financial entities for viability and performance
- Adept at managing project plans and resources to ensure successful outcomes
- Skilled in database management using software such as MySQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB
- Ability to collaborate respectfully with individuals from diverse functional backgrounds
- Business insight capabilities, including advising and interpreting market trends
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Access
- Skilled in SQL
