Position:

This position will report directly to the Vice President of Portfolio Management, while having frequent and meaningful interaction with the Chief Portfolio Officer, executive leadership, investors, and various functional areas (FP&A, Leasing, Property Management, and Acquisitions). This person will be involved in analyzing prospective leases, assisting on quarterly appraisals and board materials, tracking portfolio metrics as well as all aspects of property and portfolio management and reporting, including budgeting, cash flow projections, quarterly appraisals, and internal valuations. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Complete financial analyses of prospective leasing-transactions, maintain ARGUS cash flow projections, and coordinate with lease administration team regarding lease documentation

• Assist in preparing quarterly board packages, including occupancy/leased statistics, absorption, portfolio lease activity, and exposure to expiring lease rollovers

• Prepare periodic property level cash flow forecasts and annual asset strategy reviews (including IRR/ NPV hold period analyses)

• Extensive involvement in the quarterly appraisal process for the company’s assets and assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions and dispositions


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business administration, or another related field

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial asset management and/or acquisitions of institutional quality office buildings, with experience in property operations, lease documentation, underwriting, due diligence, financial management, and reporting

• Strong computer skills, including fluid knowledge of Excel and ARGUS

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present to the C-suite team

• Outstanding attention to detail
