YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM
The Multifamily Asset Manager - Senior Associate position will provide you with the autonomy to manage your daily responsibilities while collaborating with dedicated individuals to fulfill the following duties:
- Facilitate the vision and strategic goals of the portfolio.
- Assess portfolio progress and implement necessary adjustments, along with communicating performance metrics to key stakeholders.
- Analyze asset risks while adhering to governance and compliance standards.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Required Experience
- 2 years of relevant experience
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in programming, including coding and debugging in relevant languages
- Loan Management expertise, including evaluating loan applications and identifying potential fraud
- Negotiation and influencing skills, including facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts
- Ability to present information clearly and engagingly to various audiences
- Risk assessment and management capabilities, including designing controls and conducting impact assessments
- Experience in documentation and database reporting for analysis and decision-making using tools like Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
- Relationship Management skills, including stakeholder engagement and network building
- Experience in evaluating businesses and financial instruments for stability and performance
- Project management skills, including resource allocation and team coordination
- Database management skills using software such as MySQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB
- Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse functional backgrounds towards common objectives
- Business Insight, including advising on business models and market forecasting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Access
- Proficient in SQL
