Education
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
Minimum two years experience in a front office supervisory role or four years in a hotel front office environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
Work Environment
Work indoors in a thermostatically controlled environment.
