Overview

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality care to patients, developing new business opportunities, and supervising staff to achieve bottom-line financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to position the hospital for long-term growth and success.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care.
  • Financial Management: Manage the hospital's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
  • Human Resources: Supervise and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the hospital's compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in healthcare administration or management, with a focus on operations, human resources, and finance.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including CMS and The Joint Commission.
  • Proven track record of financial success and exemplary clinical care.
  • Ability to travel and project a professional image.
