AI Technology Manager

The Hollister Group is seeking an AI Technology Manager to lead technology initiatives within a government agency focused on enhancing operational efficiency through advanced systems. This role is pivotal in providing strategic direction for innovative technology applications aimed at improving agency performance. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively advocate for technology solutions and foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external development teams to implement programs and tools for the creation of new AI and advanced technology solutions.
  • Facilitate regular updates on project progress to business partners across operational and technical sectors.
  • Explore and assess new technologies that can optimize business processes through AI-driven automation.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency through process automation.
  • Monitor and evaluate metrics related to project outcomes to ensure success.
  • Identify and integrate cloud-based services to provide effective technology solutions.
  • Review the existing technology portfolio and develop strategies for system enhancements or replacements.
  • Develop or acquire applications with appropriate governance and data management frameworks utilizing emerging technologies and AI systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to effectively oversee projects and broaden the application of technology solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a development team environment.
  • Proven experience in discovering and implementing cutting-edge technologies, particularly within Cloud and Microsoft development tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Technical proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and/or C++, along with experience in GitHub, Azure cloud, SaaS integration, and API development.
