Strategic Account Manager

The Senior Customer Success Manager role at Amazon is designed to drive business growth for influential Sellers on the platform. As a key member of our team, you will ensure Seller satisfaction by delivering an optimal level of service through strategic insights and high operational standards.
This position owns building and executing strategic joint business plans with Sellers; collaborating to identify and execute new selection, merchandising, traffic, and conversion drivers, as well as operational improvement opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver customized insights and recommendations to Sellers, educating them on relevant tools, products, and services, and providing a positive experience.
- Analyze data and trends to identify long-term opportunities for assigned portfolio of Sellers.
- Serve as a strategic and influential partner for Sellers, proactively seeking out new opportunities and creating tailored solutions.
- Lead business strategy development, designing long-term account plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams and Sellers to drive customer success.
- 4+ years professional experience in Buying, Merchandising, Planning, or relevant experience within Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, and/or negotiating, nurturing, and growing customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products.
- Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Average salary range: $72,000 - $154,000 per year based on market location. The total compensation package includes equity, sign-on payments, and benefits.
