At RTM Business Group, we're seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for building relationships with C-Level executives and identifying opportunities to generate attendees for our conferences.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about professional learning and development, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. You'll have the opportunity to travel nationally throughout the year, attending up to 6 events and working collaboratively with internal teams to produce event collateral and materials.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role, with B2B experience preferred. A bachelor's degree and strong organizational skills are also required. If you're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple deadlines at once, we want to hear from you

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, plus bonuses and incentives. Our benefits package includes 15+ PTO days, flexible/hybrid work model, medical/dental/vision coverage, and 401K after 12 months of employment.
