We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Expert to join our team at Greenfly. This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as stock options and opportunities for growth within the company.

As an Enterprise Customer Success Expert, you will be responsible for establishing and building customer relationships at all levels of our most strategic customers. You will drive renewals and grow our business within specific customers, working across business units/organizations at our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of how our customers best utilize our platform and app to support and optimize their organizations. You will also need to be proactive in eliminating any risk for churn and have excellent verbal and written presentation skills when communicating to a range of stakeholders, including executives.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of account management, customer success or B2B SaaS experience, with a proven track record of growing accounts and building long-term relationships. They will also have experience with Salesforce.com or a customer management tool such as Catalyst, as well as strong project management skills.
