About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our customers in the Ophthalmology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted and approved information and messaging to key accounts
  • Achieve sales and call activity targets as set by the company
  • Complete administrative duties as required
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in marketplace, therapeutic, product, and disease areas
  • Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with customers in HCP offices, urgent care facilities, and pharmacies
  • Demonstrate advanced ability to ask strategic questions to obtain information on customer needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience required
  • Experience in eye care is required
  • Proven Ophthalmology sales experience preferred
  • Previous Medical Device experience preferred
  • Buy and Bill experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan
  • Ability to develop solid and long-standing business relationships with strategic/targeted customers
  • Demonstrated solid financial and analytical skills
  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Strong priority setting skills and timely decision making
  • Strong presentation skills & written communications
  • Microsoft Office, CRM/Veeva, Sales reporting technology skills
