Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our team at Louisville Ladder. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and sales representatives to increase sales volume
  • Follow up and ensure budget goals of assigned accounts are achieved
  • Understand and execute sales strategies defined by the Sales Manager and Sales Director
  • Procure and provide feedback to Engineering on new trends of products and services offered in the Ladder industry
  • Interact with Logistics on activities such as procuring sales forecasts to Scheduling department, Distribution, and Customer Service for orders follow up
  • Develop technical knowledge of our products and related safety procedures to train customers, end users, REP agencies, and EHS personnel
  • Be accountable for and present monthly objectives, results, and projects follow up to Louisville Ladder's leadership
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Up to 25% travel required
