About the Role:

As a key member of our Sales Team at Total Quality Logistics, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and supporting our established Sales Team. You will embark on an accelerated training program to gain industry knowledge and immerse yourself in our company culture. Upon completion, you will become a dedicated Account Representative, focused on identifying and expanding new and existing business opportunities by presenting our customers with our innovative transportation services 24/7/365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with the Sales Team and customers to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
  • Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
  • Work with the Support Team to ensure each shipment is serviced properly
  • Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
  • Become a subject matter expert for our new transportation services

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred, but we have successful Account Representatives without one
  • The determination to work harder than anyone you know
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address conflicts directly
  • Ability to work with the latest technologies
  • An unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service
