Account Development Representative

Think Tell Junction is seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Development Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX. As an Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting business growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Support account executives in identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
- Track and report on client account performance and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
