Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. This role requires a positive and upbeat personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the front desk and surrounding areas.
  • Operate the front desk computer system, manage reservations, and process payments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash and process payments.
