Job Overview

Stratton Amenities is seeking a dynamic Floating Lead Concierge to support our luxury front desk concierge services across the DMV market. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional service, flexibility, and leadership skills to ensure seamless concierge operations and maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cover shifts at multiple properties, ensuring smooth concierge operations and maintaining high service standards.
  • Train and mentor new team members, ensuring they adhere to company standards and provide exceptional service.
  • Check in on various properties to ensure service levels and SOP compliance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the face of the property, leading by example and fostering a positive work culture and environment.
  • Facilitate communication between the property manager and the concierge team, and ensure timely delivery of packages and amenities requests.
  • Exceed expectations by providing anticipatory service, smooth accommodations, and addressing resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage team schedules, oversee weekly payroll, and ensure proper staffing across properties.
  • Assist the regional manager in managing concierge operations and service consistency in the DMV market.
Requirements
  • Open availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between properties as needed.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality, with a commitment to creating memorable experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and respond quickly and genuinely to residents' and guests' requests.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities, with a sense of pride and ownership in the position and property.
  • At least five years of hospitality experience, with a focus on luxury front desk concierge services.
