Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members and their families, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk tasks, including scheduling, membership sales, and customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and retention goals, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and inventory management.
  • Ensure the school is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
