Client Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting individuals with the support they need by actively recruiting clients for our various programs.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact between referral sources and potential clients, fostering strong relationships within the mental health community.
- Conduct thorough phone and in-person screenings to assess client needs and determine program suitability for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Residential Programs (PRP).
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry to program commencement.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote PBHS programs at hospitals, mental health clinics, substance abuse treatment centers, and other relevant referral networks.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and referral sources throughout the enrollment journey, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Create compelling marketing materials that adhere to industry regulations and effectively communicate program benefits.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in relevant conferences and seminars to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working within the mental health field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of community resources and referral networks.
- Familiarity with psychiatric diagnoses and symptoms.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and electronic medical records systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
