- Develop efficient storage systems and operational procedures for warehousing.
- Oversee daily cash office operations and ensure timely reporting to HQ.
- Assist operational managers as needed during peak times.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational expectations.
- Manage payroll and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Schedule staff according to business needs and budget forecasts.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
- Engage in community initiatives through hiring practices and outreach activities.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Financial management and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer and inventory systems.
- Physical capability to handle lifting and standing for extended periods.

Experience:
- Minimum of five years in cash handling.
- Three to five years in administrative management or cash room operations.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
- Open to all educational backgrounds; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
