Job Title: Family Office Financial Operations Specialist

At TASC - Total Administrative Services Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Office Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the financial management, tax administration, and asset management of our Family Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivables, accounts payables, general ledgers, and financial operations for multiple entities and non-profit organizations.
  • Maintain a system of management for Family Office financial records and controls, including accounting, investment, tax, and asset management documents.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Work closely with tax advisors and stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate tax processes, including year-end tax preparation, tax payments, and tax notices for multiple entities, non-profits, and Trustees.
  • Support the Owners in the administration of their traditional, angel, and early-stage investments; collaborating closely with advisors.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses using financial acumen and business intel. Document and synthesize results to make recommendations for action.
  • Act as Vendor Manager for all Family Office-related vendors and act as a conduit to Sourcing and Vendor Management.
  • Manage operational functions related to Family Office entities holding assets, including properties, airplane, vehicles, etc.
  • Manage or assist with Family Office projects and ensure execution of action plan.
  • Provide administrative support, including meeting management, scheduling, material preparation, tracking action items, as well as managing communications across multiple channels.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree and/or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an accounting or finance capacity, including working knowledge of general accounting systems and software.
  • Qualified candidates should live within a one-hour commute to Madison, WI.
