We are seeking to recruit a part-time Front Desk Attendant who is sociable, dependable, and eager to learn. At FFC, delivering exceptional customer service is paramount. You will create a welcoming, clean, and secure environment for all visitors while embodying FFC's core principles. You will also become part of a caring and diverse team that focuses on fostering relationships and providing value through assisting others.

Location: FFC Oak Park

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome members by name and establish a positive first impression of the club
  • Check-in members and guests upon arrival
  • Serve as a liaison between current and prospective members and the Membership Department
  • Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Address all member inquiries, concerns, and complaints; offer additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as required
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for the front desk
  • Process payments as necessary and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Participate in all mandatory department and club staff meetings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and colleagues

Our Commitment to Hospitality:FFC provides a comprehensive training program that all employees are required to complete. This training includes several hospitality courses to be finished within your first 90 days. Your manager will discuss your role-specific training and schedule upon hiring.
