Position: Premier Fitness Coach

Location: FFC Oak Park

Compensation:

  • 60-day guaranteed stipend for full-time Coaches
  • Standard commission rates ranging from $46 to $74 per session
  • Rates determined by experience and qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in exercise science or a related discipline
  • Advanced training experience
  • 2+ years in a fitness facility
  • Current CPR and AED certification
Responsibilities:

  • Schedule sessions; maintain a minimum of 30 working hours weekly
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for members and staff
  • Support members in reaching their fitness objectives and promote club activities
  • Conduct introductory services and tailored workout plans
  • Stay updated on certifications and participate in meetings
  • Maintain client records
