We are in search of a part-time Front Desk Attendant who is personable, dependable, and eager to learn. At FFC, delivering exceptional customer service is essential. You will ensure a welcoming, tidy, and secure atmosphere for all guests while embodying FFC's core principles. You will also collaborate with a caring and diverse team that focuses on fostering relationships and adding value by assisting others.

Location: FFC Oak Park

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome members by name and create a positive first impression of the facility
  • Check-in members and guests upon arrival
  • Serve as a communication link between current and prospective members and the Membership Department
  • Handle incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Address all member inquiries, concerns, and complaints; provide additional assistance to the Membership Experience Manager as required
  • Perform opening and closing tasks related to the front desk
  • Process payments as necessary and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Participate in all mandatory department and club staff meetings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and colleagues
