Customer Service Specialist

**Job Overview:**
Hiossen is a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, providing accurate product information and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Prepare reports and maintain records as directed by management.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant in a sales office environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Pipeline, ERP system, and other applicable Hiossen software and systems.
- Bilingual in English & Korean required; ability to read, write, understand, and communicate clearly with employees, customers, and within Hiossen.
- Able to work in an office-based environment, with occasional lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
