Job Overview:

Auro Hotels is in search of dedicated Room Attendants to join our esteemed team at our hotel. The compensation is commensurate with experience, and candidates must possess flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Starting Pay: $12.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to established cleaning protocols to uphold a superior standard of cleanliness in guest accommodations, aligning with Auro Hotels' and brand standards.
  2. Assist fellow team members upon completion of individual tasks.
  3. Utilize cleaning products and supplies appropriately.
  4. Ensure proper placement of guest amenities, including toiletries and service directories.
  5. Execute special projects or reasonable requests as directed by management.
  6. Understand and implement the hotel's emergency procedures and loss prevention policies.
  7. Sort, count, fold, label, and transport linens.
  8. Make beds using clean linens and dust furniture to maintain a pristine environment.
  9. Restock supplies such as drinking glasses and writing materials.
  10. Rearrange furniture, hang drapes, roll carpets, and replace light bulbs as needed.
  11. Empty waste receptacles and clean ashtrays.
  12. Transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  13. Restock bathroom supplies and maintain cleanliness in restrooms.
  14. Perform all duties safely and monitor the actions of others.
  15. Clean common areas such as lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways when requested.
  16. Maintain cleanliness of rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  17. Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
  18. Stock and replenish linen rooms as necessary.
  19. Clean patios/balconies and remove cobwebs.

Availability: Immediate start is preferred. Full-time hours are available (minimum of 30 hours per week).

Experience and Education:

1-2 years of experience as a Guest Room Attendant with a recognized hotel brand, preferably Marriott. A High School Diploma is preferred. Proficiency in English is required.
