Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bradesco Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, and providing excellent customer service to our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including ordering supplies, receiving and organizing inventory, and covering reception duties as needed.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are stocked and maintained, including mini-fridges, coffee, and paper supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating set up of events in meeting rooms, including receiving caterers and reorganizing the room after the event.
  • Support special events and bank functions, including ensuring meeting rooms are maintained and providing excellent customer service to attendees.
  • Report any damaged or faulty equipment promptly to the facilities manager and maintain cleanliness by disposing of trash left at tables or floors.
  • Check the employee breakroom, executive mini-kitchen, and coffee stations daily and stock the morning snacks daily.
  • Maintain the coffee stations on both floors stocked and clean and ensure meeting rooms are maintained by routinely checking each daily.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree required.
  • Ability to multi-task and flexibility in managing workload and re-prioritizing as required.
  • Excellent communication skills and English required.
  • Spanish required.
