IT Services Coordinator

Overview


The IT Services Coordinator ("ISC") plays a crucial role in providing support for IT systems while overseeing the administration, monitoring, and upkeep of the data and communication infrastructure for the designated office of Prosum. Key responsibilities include:

Management and Support of Technology Equipment Execute necessary upgrades as required Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, collaborating with vendors or IT personnel as needed Ensure proper disposal of equipment following approved protocols Adhere to Asset Management Procedures and maintain real-time updates in the database Video Conferencing Setup for Meetings Organize and oversee video conferences Maintain video conferencing equipment in optimal condition Account and Equipment Provisioning Manage the provisioning and decommissioning of network accounts Configure mobile devices and relevant applications Prepare and provision new desktops and laptops Essential Job Functions: Deliver outstanding customer service and prompt resolution of end-user technology concerns Communicate effectively with end-users, colleagues, vendors, and management Implement best practices for hardware deployment and upgrades Create service tickets to monitor technology-related issues Take charge of tickets escalated from the help desk Provide support for meetings, including video conferences, webinars, and presentations Maintain office Active Directory security and distribution groups Comply with Information Security policies and procedures Assist in IT projects and initiatives Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications:
Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Document Management Systems, Active Directory, and computer hardware maintenance and repair Familiarity with Internet protocols, data connectivity methods, and remote access technologies Training in telephone and voicemail systems, as well as knowledge of wireless networking and video conferencing systems is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role, enabling effective collaboration with end-users, IT peers, vendors, and management The individual will be part of the Information Technology Team, providing support as required Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Microsoft Environment, preferably in a medium to large-scale setting.

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

Required Computer/Software Knowledge: Windows 10, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Active Directory, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
