Role Overview

The HR Technology Specialist plays a crucial role in implementing our HR Technology initiatives across various regions. Acting as a trusted partner to HR stakeholders, this position collaborates with HR Technology Product Owners to ensure the successful delivery of HR Technology solutions.

This role is pivotal in promoting and facilitating the adoption of global HR processes and technologies. The Specialist will work closely with the IT team and HR Technology Product Owners to provide exceptional support services to end users. Additionally, the Specialist will manage local HR Technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global strategy while supporting local clients, including employees, managers, and the HR community.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner for local HR stakeholders, ensuring the effective delivery of global HR Technology Product roadmaps.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and provide feedback during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Engage in change management activities to facilitate smooth transitions.

Ensure the successful adoption of HR Technology Products among end users.

Utilize established change management methodologies, including training and communication strategies, to enhance user adoption and minimize disruptions.

Collaborate closely with HR Technology Product Owners to deliver optimal support services.

Enhance the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of people data within our HR Technology systems.

Stay informed about best practices and emerging HR Technologies to effectively support the HR Technology Owner in roadmap development.

Maintain awareness of the local HR technology landscape for the assigned regions.

Ensure that local needs and initiatives align with the global vision and HR Technology Product roadmap.

Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
