Position Overview: This role involves providing on-site technical assistance across various locations. Reliable transportation is essential for this position.

Contract Duration: This is a temporary engagement lasting approximately 4-6 weeks, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in PC Imaging and full system setups.
  • Training will be provided on proprietary software.
  • Installation and configuration of new hardware and software systems.
  • Diagnosis and resolution of computer-related issues.
  • Regular maintenance and updates of hardware and software.
  • Identification and troubleshooting of network, connectivity, and server problems.
  • Upgrading outdated firmware, software, and hardware systems.
  • Monitoring security systems and implementing necessary updates.
  • Providing technical support to users and addressing technical errors.
  • Conducting regular tests, upgrades, and backups.
  • Preparation of technical documentation, including error reports and maintenance logs.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
